Job Description:

Qualification: BSC /MSC in chemistry or B.Tech in chemical/ Environmental Engineer

Experience (in years): Minimum 7-8 years

Roles & Responsibilities: (Tasks)

Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of oil & grease reduction process, Neutralization, MBBD, Filtration, sludge Handling and RO Operation.
Should hand on experience in trouble shooting day to day issues in Effluent treatment Plant & STP Plant
Operation and Maintenance of ETP Lab equipment and its accessories
Responsible for intimating any incidents during the breakdowns to the Manager
Ensure that all the Preventive maintenance of equipment’s in Engineering department were performed within the due period as per the schedule
To prepare and Maintain Operation SOPS, Logbooks and to Maintain PCB related Documents along with Statutory compliance with PCB norms
Ensure to Issue, control, and retrieval of documents (Logbooks) related to Engineering Department
Ensure Spares, Inventory and Dosing Chemicals to be maintained as per the requirement
Preparation And Handling of Dosing chemicals
Experience in Water Balancing
Should take care of waste disposal too
