About the Role

As a Senior Exchange and M365 Engineer, you will require with deep understanding & implementation experience using technologies based on hybrid and cloud solutions within the M365 infrastructure, including Messaging Security.

Responsibilities

• Resolve L3 Collaboration-related incidents and service outages/degradations, escalating to internal stakeholders or external suppliers as needed.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential client-impacting issues in the M365 environment.
• Monitor the production environment, including Messaging Security, and take corrective action as needed.
• Automate processes using PowerShell and handle advanced system administration tasks.
• Collaborate in technical projects for Messaging and Collaboration systems, including tenant to tenant migrations and integrations.
• Provide documentation, support incident escalations, and participate in change management processes.

Qualifications

BE/BTECH, ME/MTECH or MCA

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience administering hybrid Exchange Environments.
• Experience administering M365 infrastructure, SPO, ODB, MS Teams, Power Platform.
• Deep experience managing Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid Environments.
• Messaging Hygiene and Security experience, including MS Defender for threat protection, policies, and investigations.
• Experience in Mail tenant to tenant migrations / integrations.
• Microsoft Active Directory, routing protocols, DNS, Certificates.
• PowerShell Advanced.
• M365 administration: SPO, ODB, MS Teams, Power Platform, Copilot.
• PaaS services: Azure functions, App Services, Exchange components.
