Senior Enterprise Risk Analyst

Trillionloans (BharatPe Group Company) is hiring for the role of Senior Enterprise Risk Analyst.

Your Responsibilities?

• Identify, assess, monitor, and report operational risks across business units.
• Design and implement robust operational risk frameworks, policies, and procedures to mitigate potential risks.
• Conduct root cause analysis of operational incidents and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
• Support Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to foster a strong risk-aware culture.
• Prepare and present periodic risk reports for management review.
• Review critical processes and SOPs from an operational risk perspective; maintain and update the central process repository and share insights with stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage fraud risk, including detection, analysis, and reporting.
• Support regulatory compliance by ensuring adherence to operational risk, fraud, and outsourcing guidelines.
• Track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and follow up on mitigation and action plans.
• Monitor adherence to the organizations Risk Appetite Framework.
• Perform risk assessment, categorization, and due diligence during onboarding of outsourced vendors.
• Drive regular interactions with departmental SPOCs to track risks, action items, control testing, and remediation progress.

Who's the right fit for us?

• Someone with 3 yrs of experience primarily focused on Risk Management within the BFSI sector.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and engage stakeholders.
• Familiarity with various lending products and comprehensive understanding of multiple facets of Enterprise Risk.
