Job Description
Mandatory Experience Requirements
- 8+ Years of relevant Work Experience in Real Estate
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection System, Plumbing and Electrical system
- Have done Critical Equipment Management, Leading large engineering Teams, Handing multiple sites
- Proven ability to employ holistic approaches and looks at long term solutions
- Analytical, proven ability to solve problems using a quantitative approach
- Excellent planning & organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
- Should have good experience in using ERP systems (preferably Farvision ERP)
Minimum Educational Requirements
ME- Mechnical/ Electrical
BE+ MBA
BE+ PMP
