Senior Engineer GenAI/LLM

Job Role : Senior Engineer specializing in GenAI/LLM

Location: Bengaluru, Mysore, Chennai.

This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 5-7 years of experience who are passionate about AI innovation and real-world engineering impact.

Key qualifications include:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face.

- Expertise in transformers, diffusion models, and modern deep learning architectures.

- Strong ability to evaluate LLM outputs for hallucination, grounding, accuracy, and relevance.

- Practical experience with LoRA, PEFT, adapters, and fine-tuning methodologies.

- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ML toolkits.

- Deep understanding of NLP, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.

- Cloud proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with MLOps workflows.

- Experience with Vector DBs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Background in developing enterprise-grade GenAI applications.

- Familiarity with knowledge graphs, Neo4j, RDF, and Graph-RAG approaches.

- Advanced skills in prompt engineering, including CoT, ReAct, few-shot, and tool calling.

- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
