Preferred Qualifications:

• Total Experience - 10+ years
• 2 to 3 years of Experience working within Teamcenter Engineering
• 2 to 3 years of experience working within NX Electrical routing module.
• Graduate or Masters completed with First class or distinction is added plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the Electrical project covering the full lifecycle from ITCM to Production release.
• Responsibility for technical delivery of complex work packages, providing leadership to cross-functional Teams within an IPT framework supporting Program and Gate Reviews.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering Manager / Project Engineer by daily meetings to drive design Reviews, for understanding customer requirements, get clarification on open items & plan deliveries with their agreement.
• Responsible to define schedule and resource requirements for complex work packages with proper estimation and tracking the actual against it.
• Keep action trackers, lessons learnt, and risk registers up to date with technical and Engineering project risks and issues.
• Maintain Project KPI and report Project status to Customer and internal stakeholders.
• Responsible to maintain Quality FPY & OTD above 95 %.  
• Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to team engineers.

• Excellent communicator with the ability to empower and motivate Team members to enable Project delivery.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks through understanding the appropriate level of detail.
• Should have good knowledge/Exposure on manufacturing processes for Sheet metal, Plastics & Machined components.
• Modelling and Drafting knowledge of Sheet metal, Plastics, Machined and Composite components and Assemblies in UG is required.
• Working experience in various modules of UG such as Modeling, Assembly, Drafting is required.
• Should be able to read and define EBD (Electrical Block Diagram).
• Should have knowledge & Experience on Electrical drafting standards.
• Should have knowledge & Experience on Electrical Routing Module.
• Knowledge on electrical standards from customer and supplier is required.
• Should have good understanding of hardware selection & Material selection. 
• Willingness/enthusiasm to learn and operate in dynamic environment.
