Role Overview EdTech Counsellor:

Be the voice of learningengage with prospective learners, understand their goals, and guide them with clarity and empathy. Help drive enrollment growth for our EdTech partners while ensuring exceptional candidate experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Connect with prospective learners via calls and messages.

2. Explain programs offerings clearly, highlighting career benefits and learning outcomes.

3. Counsel the potential clients to help them choose the right course for their aspirations.

4. Overcome objections, build strong rapport, and convert leads into enrollments to close high-ticket sales.

5. Maintain accurate follow-ups and records on CRM.

What Were Looking For:

Minimum 1-3 Years of experience in EdTech counselling

Exceptional verbal communicationclear, concise, and persuasive

Ability to handle high-volume outreach and follow-ups

Goal-oriented with a professionals-first mindset

Prior experience in counselling, inside sales, or admissions
