Senior Director - PR&D

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the teams in Process R&D to ensure the developed processes are scalable and robust

•Technical lead for research projects to ensure all technical glitches are address them prior to the scale up at R&D itself

•Reviewing and approving process development approaches and on need basis review the reports and e-mails shared to the customer 

•Making sure that critical deviations are investigated and support with scientific justifications.

•Approving all specifications and master production instructions

•Supporting pre-sales, business development teams and providing technical information

•Supporting program management, manufacturing teams

•Review of Initiations, Change Controls, and OOS

•Coordination with all CFT departments and provide technical support to meet overall deliverables.

•Product Owner for one of the Key accounts to ensure the business continuity and satisfied customer portfolios.

 Primary target: OTIF with quality. Secondary target: Customer satisfaction and continuous business
