Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Design Verification Leader to establish and scale an Offshore Development Center (ODC) f

This role requires a strong blend of:

• Deep hands-on verification expertise
• ODC setup & delivery ownership
• Strong customer handling
• Cross-functional program leadership

The candidate will anchor complete verification execution for high-performance AI SoCs / accelerator designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and scale Verification ODC in Bangalore
• Own end-to-end SoC/IP verification strategy and execution
• Define verification methodology (UVM-based, coverage-driven, formal where required)
• Drive test plan creation, coverage closure, regression strategy
• Ensure signoff metrics (functional, code, assertion, toggle coverage)
• Act as primary technical interface to customer
• Work closely with Architecture, RTL, PD, DFT, and Software teams
• Manage hiring, mentoring, and scaling of 520+ verification engineers

Required Experience & Skills

• 1230+ years in ASIC / SoC Design Verification
• Strong expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM
• Experience in SoC-level verification of complex designs

Verification for chips involving Must MIPI CSI, DSI, and SerDes protocols.
