Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Delegate Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on reaching out to potential clients, promoting our IT and technology solutions, and fostering strong professional relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing to campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
. 1+ year of experience in Delegate Acquisition or Audience Acquisition
. Communicate IT/enterprise technology solutions through calls, emails or linkedIn to target audiences
Conduct data profiling to validate and maintain accurate customer records
Engage with professionals using social platforms like LinkedIn
Reach out through calls and emails to connect with stakeholders and gather insights
Provide clear information about products/services, resolving queries with confidence
Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments
Refine communication and data management techniques continuously
Build and nurture professional relationships to support client engagement
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly target
Requirements
Any graduate is eligible to apply
Freshers and candidates with 13 years of experience
Prior experience in B2B Events is an advantage
. Prior experience in Roundtable Conferences
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident in conversations and delivering presentations
Target-driven and able to manage key accounts effectively
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce preferred
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Must have a personal laptop (Windows 10 or higher) and stable Wi-Fi (20 Mbps+)
Working Days
Monday to Friday
2nd & 4th Saturdays off
Sundays off
