Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Science Specialist with strong experience in data analysis, machine learning, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets and building scalable, production-ready data science and ML solutions to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and analyze large, complex datasets to identify suitable analytical approaches that support strategic decision-making.
• Design, develop, and implement data analysis frameworks, machine learning models, hypotheses, algorithms, and experiments.
• Apply advanced analytics techniques such as data mining, predictive modeling, prescriptive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning to uncover trends, patterns, and relationships.
• Develop efficient data loading, data preprocessing, data augmentation, and feature engineering techniques to improve model accuracy, robustness, and scalability.
• Build and optimize scalable machine learning models suitable for automation and deployment.
• Evaluate and validate model performance using appropriate metrics and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in data science, machine learning, and analytics, and continuously propose improvements to existing models and processes.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning.
• Solid foundation in Statistics and Mathematics .
• Experience working with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and techniques .
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) .
• Exposure to Cloud platforms , preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
• Familiarity with scalable data pipelines and ML deployment practices.

Experience & Qualification

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice to Have

• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and automation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
