Senior CRM Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Your Tasks:

• Design, build, and maintain high-traffic, scalable services and solutions based on the Dynamics 365 platform focused on quality and efficiency.
• Ensuring adherence to defined development guidelines.
• Meeting the company's workload targets.
• Analyze complex business requirements and convert technical and functional requirements into system level design specifications to develop high-performance software.
• Developing software architecture following the FDD/FSD approach.
• Implementing software according to requirement specifications, using tools like DevOps or JIRA, while maintaining the highest level of code quality.
• Ensuring the proper functioning of the software.
• Creating software documentation, including online help and manuals Performing code documentation in accordance with the development guideline.
• Introducing new technologies and procedures into software development processes.
• Independently acquiring knowledge and sharing it with teams and the entire organization.
• Taking on mentoring and coaching responsibilities.
• Take End-to-End ownership of delivery, including crafting technical specifications, writing readable and extensible code, and developing runbooks and methods for capturing and analyzing post-release metrics.
• Develop unit test code as part of overall quality assurance best practices
• Ensuring compliance with information security and data protection requirements.

Your qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of relevant programming languages and current development method.
• Good understanding of software architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL programming, MS SQL Server, Azure services, frontend development, and .NET development.
• Very Strong in C# Knowledge, Plugin Development, Azure function Development, API Integration implementation with CRM, Cloud Flow, Custom Connectors (desirable), Canvas App(Desirable), Custom Workflow, PCF, Team Management and handling.
• Familiarity with user interface philosophies.
• High expertise in integrating with Dynamics 365/Dataverse.
• Dynamics CRM/CE Plugin development
• Proficient in using MS Office programs (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
