At upGrad, we are building a creator led learning platform, and this role gives you the opportunity to build and scale a content category from scratch.

What youll own

* End to end ownership of a content category

* Creator led short form video programming across Reels, Shorts and vertical formats

* Learning journeys that are practical, execution first and outcome focused

* Content performance through data, insights and audience signals

Who were looking for

* 8 to 10 years experience across content, social media, media or edtech

* Deep understanding of short form platforms and creator workflows

* Hands on experience with Reels, Shorts, YouTube or similar ecosystems

* Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

* Experience working with creators or early stage platforms is a plus
