About the Role : As a Senior Associate, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Product Control Specialist to manage and optimize the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a focus on Product Control.

Responsibilities :

• SAP FICO Configuration & Support : Configure and maintain SAP FI/CO modules, especially in areas related to Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (COPA), and Cost Center Accounting. Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).
• Product Control & Financial Oversight : Support product control processes including cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis, inventory valuation, and variance analysis. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Business Process Optimization : Analyze current business processes and recommend SAP solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and implement solutions.
• Project Management & Implementation : Lead or support SAP FICO-related projects including upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and IT. Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders.
• Documentation & Compliance : Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and user manuals. Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Qualifications : BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech/CA/ICWA

Required Skills :

• SAP FICO with a strong focus on Product Control

Preferred Skills :

• SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA), CO (CCA, PCA, COPA, Product Costing)
• At least 1 End to End implementation experience is preferred
