Java + JSP, Servlets Lead (5 to 8+ years)Location: ChennaiCount of Resources: 1Overview:As a Java Technical Lead, you will lead the development and enhancement of enterprise-level applications. You will oversee technical design, ensure best practices, and provide guidance to the development team.Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of Java, JSP, and Servlets-based applications. Architect and implement solutions using Spring MVC framework. Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and review their code. Optimize database performance and write efficient SQL queries for IBM DB2. Ensure seamless integration of UI components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Monitor and manage ServiceNow tickets for incident resolution and task tracking. Create detailed technical documentation for future reference and troubleshooting. Collaborate with business teams to align development with organizational goals. Drive application performance improvements and scalability enhancements.Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Java, JSP, and Servlets. In-depth knowledge of Spring MVC framework. Proven expertise in database management (IBM DB2 preferred) and SQL query optimization. Experience in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery). Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
