Job Description - Key Responsibilities:

Build Activities:

Manage and coordinate all ongoing activities related to Global Trade and its interfaces/satellite applications, as well as any future legal and business requirements.
Work across all project phases (end-to-end design, realization, development, testing, training, documentation, hypercare, and support)
Manage GTS support package implementations
Participate in GTS S/4HANA upgrade study & implementation
Maintenance & Business Continuity:
Lead discussions with Global Trade, Business & Digital Technology teams
Manage legal changes, business improvements, evolutions, and issue resolutions
Deliver L3/L4 support requests, GTS version releases

Support:

Provide L1/L2 end-user support when required
Validate user requests and specifications developed by internal/external partners
Coordinate workload and approvals with ABAP/development partners
Manage GTS and satellite applications, ensuring smooth collaboration with vendors/partners

Language: Fluent English (European languages are a plus)

Technical & Functional Expertise:

SAP GTS (End-to-End) Trade Preference, Trade Compliance, Customs Management, Classification
Configuration & Customization Standard, user exits, support packages
SAP ECC6 Integration Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Purchasing, EHS, other SAP modules
ABAP skills (nice to have)
