We are looking for PM/BA profiles - 1 in Hyderabad and 7 in Mumbai. Hyderabad position - Banking domain technology PM with hands on experience of having managing large scale transformation programs. BA Skills:Skilled in data lineage, data analysis and reporting using Excel and data toolsProficiency in data visualization and BI solutions SQL, Python, PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau etc.Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc.Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA is a preferredSkilled in creating process diagrams, writing BRD/FRDs, use cases, scenario assessment, wireframes, gap analysisStrong problem-solving experience in Change and Transformation environmentStrong listening, problem solving, analytical skills and excellent communication skills (both spoken and written English)Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and documentation skillsAbility to operate in both agile and waterfall style project methodologies and understand deliverables required for each methodologyAttention to detail and high-quality standards of documentation, processes, and control environmentMust be a self-starter and a team player with prior experience in working in a global cross-functional teamsPM Skills:Minimum 6+ years of work experienceProven track record of leading large-scale projects with exceptional organizational skillsExperience in driving Executive and senior stakeholders discussions globallyChange management skills including definition of business case & scope, articulation of issues, challenges, risks, dependencies & solutions, status reporting and test execution, milestone tracking, benefits management, RAID, RACI, budgeting, forecasting, project governanceHas experience in creating SteerCo reports, program / project plansGood understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, etc. PMP, Prince 2 certification are a plus.Domain - 2 roles in Retail Banking background; 5 roles with Corporate Banking background; Hyderabad - Overall Banking domain PM with having close view of managing technology projects
