Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Construction Project Manager, based in Kolkata.

The Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee project planning and coordination, manage construction activities, and ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, addressing issues that arise during execution, supervising construction teams, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience managing large real estate projects, ideally in the commercial and residential sectors.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management
• Experience and proficiency in project budgeting and financial oversight
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight timelines
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, including project management software
• Prior experience in large-scale construction projects will be an advantage
• Must be located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India
