Experience required:

At least 1.5 years of experience managing tele-calling or collections teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage tele-calling and external collection teams
• Ensure smooth daily workflow
• Recover overdue payments and reduce delinquency
• Handle high-risk delinquent accounts and customer queries
• Achieve collection and recovery targets
• Hire and manage collection agents
• Review agent performance regularly
• Manage pre-EMI reminder calling teams
• Use MIS reports to plan collection strategies
• Analyse portfolio, trends, and resolution performance
• Work with legal, product, tech, compliance, and field teams
• Ensure company processes and compliance rules are followed
• Improve calling scripts, processes, and efficiency
• Create and manage dialler campaigns
