Your Team, Your Impact

We are hiring a Senior Buyer to join our Indirect Procurement team in India. This role will lead strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect categories such as IT, professional services, facilities, and capital equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in global procurement within the semiconductor industry, with strong stakeholder management and strategic negotiation skills.

What You Can Expect

  • Lead and execute regional and global sourcing projects across indirect spend categories.
  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive cost savings, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, IT, Finance, Facilities) to align procurement strategies with business needs.
  • Conduct supplier market research, RFPs/RFQs, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce, or related field.
  • 5+ years of procurement experience, including 3+ years in indirect procurement within a semiconductor or high-tech environment.
  • Proven experience in leading regional and global sourcing projects.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency or familiarity with ERP and procurement systems, like Oracle and data analysis tools.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, PMP).
  • Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization.
