Senior BI Developer Data Visualization (Finance Domain)

Role and purpose: The Senior BI Developer is responsible for the full BI lifecycle, including design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business intelligence solutions across departments, emphasizing Microsoft Modern Analytics stack expertise and business value delivery.

• Key responsibilities: These include business requirement analysis, backend architecture design using Microsoft Fabric, data integration and security, development of Power BI dashboards and reports, user experience design for self-service analytics, and performance optimization of BI solutions.
• Behavioral competencies: Important skills include design thinking, technical collaboration, customer focus, attention to detail, problem-solving, and continuous learning and innovation to maintain BI excellence.
• Technical competencies and requirements: Expertise required spans Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, Power Platform, data modeling, and scripting languages (T-SQL, PySpark, Python). Candidates should hold a relevant master's degree, have 6-8 years of experience, and possess certifications like Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate. Strong communication and commitment to professional development are also expected.
