We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to own revenue, profitability, and operational performance across 2 jewellery stores (Natural & Lab-Grown Diamonds).

This is a P&L-minded leadership role for someone who operates like a business head not a floor manager

Core Focus Areas

• Revenue growth, conversion improvement & ticket size expansion
• End-to-end performance of 2 retail stores
• Sales team leadership, coaching & accountability
• CRM discipline, client retention & repeat business
• Store KPIs, SOP compliance & operational rigour

Ideal Candidate

• 1018 years in jewellery or luxury retail
• Demonstrated success in scaling store performance
• Strong diamond jewellery selling capability
• Commercially sharp, numbers-driven, execution-focused
