Location : Mumbai, Delhi & Chennai

Asset & Equity Valuation, Project Management Consultancy and other peripheral services. With a team of more than 150 professionals LSI has empowered more than 200 large corporate

houses across all sectors in India with its suite of Financial solutions.


The Sr.Manager/ AVP Business Development (Products & Services) will play a crucial part in driving business growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of mandates namely Techno-Economic Viability Reports, Lender's Independent Engineer Reports, Due Diligence Reports, Detailed Project Reports, ASM reports, and more. He/She will play a pivotal role in growing the division's market presence, client base, and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Mandate generation: Identify, pursue, and secure new mandates for all TEV, LIE, ASM & Valuation assignments from PSU and Private Banks, Corporates, Financial Institutions and others. Fees to be decided by discussing with the BU Head for each mandate.
  • Single Window Contact : Be the single point of contact for all clients queries and requirement related to the assignments secured from them. Be in touch with the execution team to mitigate the queries or worries, if any.
  • Timely Delivery : Overseeing the execution process to ensure that all assignments are delivered as per the time frame promised for.
  • Be responsible for collection of payment once the final report is delivered and/or as per the milestones agreed.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Be abreast with the latest market intelligence and update the team.
  • Client Management: Secure new contracts and manage existing client relationships.
  • Brand Visibility : Uphold the LSI brand in the field of consulting for all their need of renewable energy and BESS across the country where LSI becomes the brand to opt for whenever there is a requirement.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelors degree or Masters in Commerce or other discipline. An MBA is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in business development in the advisory or consulting of financial products.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to lead and influence.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong experience in tariff negotiation, financials, and contract management.
  • Strong Relationship :Must be possessing a very strong and proven connect with PSU and Private Banks in HO levels and branches till the level of GMs.
