Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Manager Business Development to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand Dawn Digitals presence across real estate, architecture, and development sectors.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in real estate, developers, architects, and design firms
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation pitch negotiation closure
• Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company goals
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams for client servicing
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
• Track pipeline, revenue targets, and performance metrics

• 610+ years of experience in business development / sales
• Experience in architectural visualization, real estate, design, or related industry preferred
• Strong network within developers, architects, or consultants
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
• UAE experience is a strong advantage
