Position Overview

We are looking for a senior revenue-driven sales professional to lead new business acquisition and strategic brand partnerships. This role requires strong industry connections, consultative selling skills, and the ability to drive high-value influencer marketing mandates from pitch to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete sales lifecycle from strategic lead generation and consultative pitching to commercial negotiation and deal closure
• Own end-to-end P&L, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with senior brand and agency stakeholders
• Understand client business objectives and recommend customized, insight-led influencer marketing solutions
• Collaborate with internal strategy and execution teams to ensure seamless campaign planning and delivery
• Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Monitor sales pipeline health, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM hygiene

Qualifications & Skills

• Background in Influencer Marketing / TV, Radio, Out of Home Media or Print Media / Digital Ad Sales
• 812 years of experience in Sales or Business Development roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative presentation skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and revenue-focused mindset
• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
