Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for global shipping products and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including business users, product owners, and development teams.
• Analyze and document business processes, user stories, and use cases.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in partnership with development teams.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle: concept, development, deployment, and support.
