Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help global retailers and consumer brands make data-driven decisions across pricing, assortment, promotions, and digital shelf performance. This is a customer-facing, insight-led, high-ownership role where you will work directly with clients and internal teams to turn complex business problems into structured analytical insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics problem-solving for retail and digital commerce use cases
• Translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics
• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, drivers, and actionable opportunities
• Engage with customers to understand context and present insights that influence decisions
• Partner with Sales & Customer Success for QBRs and strategic conversations
• Collaborate with Product teams to validate use cases and influence roadmap decisions
• Build reusable insight frameworks, methodologies, and playbooks
• Deliver executive-ready narratives with clear recommendations
• Mentor junior analysts and raise analytical maturity across the team

Requirements (Must-Have)

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, consulting, or data-driven roles
• Strong exposure to retail, e-commerce, CPG, or digital commerce analytics
• Strong business acumen and customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to actionable outcomes
• Advanced SQL skills; experience working with large datasets
• Excellent data storytelling and stakeholder communication
• Strong experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools

Nice to Have

• Experience in pricing, assortment, promotions, or digital shelf analytics
• Background in SaaS or B2B analytics environments
• Experience influencing product or commercial decisions using data
