This team ensures global BAU activities for Global Inventory (PIS, BTRM, Pricing, Inventory & ICO Projects).

Inventory is a global process managing SLOB & Provision posting, balance sheet reconciliation & Critical Inventory Reporting.

Pricing Team - Setting up intercompany pricing conditions helps in the billing process for ICO trading.

Profit in Stock (PIS) is the process by which the unrealized intra profit is measured at group level for .

The major task of the team is to support the solid and consistent PIS reporting for the ca. 80+ entities.

BTRM ensures almost 60% of the intercompany trading activities of flows through automated/manual pass-back processes. The team ensures the maintenance and control environment.

ICO Project Co-ordinating with Project Manager to make arrangements for setting up the New ICO Trading route in SAP. Need to engage with multiple team to ensure necessary changes are updated in the System.

Purpose of Role

The global control environment over Inventory process.

Control over BTP, intra and Freight accounting entries need to be operated.

Financial impacts of price changes need to be analyzed and amended.

Support the team in Brand matrix related control if required.

Inventory Management activities.

Pricing control on Intercompnay Process.

Top Accountabilities:

Posting accruals and support accruals calculation.

Perform GL reconciliations, BS analysis.

Perform SIT Management analysis, review, action, and follow-up

Stock Revaluation template review and submission

Book to Book reconciliations

Moth End close management

Performing price set up in system.

Perfrom BTP and PIS Recons.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Degree level in Finance / Accounting

Experience & Knowledge

Less than 5 years experience in accounting/ reporting is an advantage.

Excellent Team Player & able to develop strong relationship with colleagues

Excellent Communication skills.

Strict Adherence to deadlines.

Excellent knowledge in SAP- FI Module, Technical and Strong Excel Knowledge.

Commitment to maintain an excellent results on the work allocated.

Hard-working personality.

Excellent time management and good problem solving.

Skills: Finalization of accounts or assisted in finalization of accounts, Good knowledge on accounting concepts and general accounting activities such as Balance Sheet, Inter-company & Cash Reconciliations and ledger accounts and Fixed Assets. He/ She should be conversant with General ledger tasks in SAP applicationFlexible working hoursmay be required around key reporting periods or based on market requirements.
