Creating business intelligence from data requires an understanding of the business, the data, and the technology used to store and analyse that data. Using our Rapid Business Intelligence Solutions, data visualisation and integrated reporting dashboards, we can deliver agile, highly interactive reporting and analytics that help our clients to more effectively run their business and understand what business questions can be answered and how to unlock the answers.

Location: Bangalore – Work from Office on regular basis
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Designing and developing modern and modular data platforms using modern coding and testing standards.
2. Participating in our agile ceremonies and actively driving towards the team’s goals.
3. Working collaboratively with a global team of technologists.
4. Leading with ideas and innovation.
5. Managing communication and partnering with our end users to design solutions.
Required Skills:
Must have:
- Candidates with 6-12 years of experience (relevant experience minimum 5 years for 4.5 - 7 years exp.
candidate, and minimum 9 years for 9-12 years exp. candidate) with excellent Communication skills and
Proven subject matter expertise working with cloud technologies like Azure.
- Deep expertise with technologies such as Data factory, Databricks, SQLDB (writing complex Stored
Procedures), Synapse, Python scripting (mandatory), Pyspark scripting, Azure Analysis Services.
- Must be certified with DP 203 (Azure Data Engineer Associate)
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A skilled communicator capable of speaking to both technical developers, architects, and stakeholders.
- Very Good understanding in data foundation initiatives, like data modelling, data quality, data governance,
data maturity assessments and data strategy in support of the key business stakeholders
- Self-motivated, innovative, and very good in taking up new initiatives and driving them to closure.
- Proven experience in working source control technologies (such as GITHUB, Azure DevOps), build and release
pipelines.
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in writing complex SQL queries to perform data analysis.
- Strong experience in working in client facing roles.
- Ability to engage with end users for requirement gathering and run agile ceremonies.
Good to have:
- Good to have certifications: Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate, Apache Spark 3.0
- Experience in any one visualization tool like Power BI, tableau etc.
- Understanding of Spark Architecture landscape.
- Understanding in GEN AI enablement in Data Engineering.
