Job Responsibilities:

Execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, including carve-outs
Perform detailed financial statement analysis , trial balance mapping, and reconciliations
Prepare databooks and analyze key financial and operational KPIs
Conduct Quality of Earnings (QoE) , working capital, and trend analysis
Analyze and validate management and audited financial information
Draft sections of due diligence reports , including business overview, historical analysis, and QoE adjustments
Frame management questions to identify financial, operational, and deal-related risks
Identify engagement risks and escalate issues in a timely and structured manner
Ensure high-quality deliverables in line with engagement timelines and internal quality standards
Support Managers in methodology development, proposals, and internal initiatives

Key Skills & Competencies :

Strong technical knowledge of financial statements analysis and transaction accounting
Hands-on experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services engagements
Proficiency in databook preparation , trial balance mapping, and reconciliations
Solid understanding of QoE, working capital, and KPI analysis
Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage large and complex datasets
Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach
Ability to understand business models, industry dynamics, and deal drivers
Strong written and verbal business communication skills
High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within teams
