SENIOR ASSOCIATE ENGINEER

Title: Analyst Programmer – Opentext / xPression Developer with Production Support Role: We are looking for an experienced team member in the Outputs COE . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in xPression 4.3/4.7 or higher and be able to contribute individually to both development and production support. He/She is expected to work closely with the team to deliver and support high-quality solutions, ensuring the stability and performance of xPression applications in production environments. Location: Chennai/Pune/Mumbai  Experience: 4 - 6 Years  Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and maintain solutions using Opentext xPression and Bottomline Transform. • Work on xDesign, xAdmin, and xDashboard for template and document management. • Handle Output stream, Category management, and Batch Job management efficiently. • Troubleshoot and provide production support for xPression applications, ensuring minimal downtime. • Analyze issues in the integrated landscape, propose/implement workaround and fix bugs by rolling out changes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance and support project goals. • Act as an individual contributor, managing tasks independently and delivering on time. • Maintain system health by monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing necessary upgrades and patches. Skills and Experiences: Required: 1. More than 4 years of IT/AM/SDLC experience 2. 3 years of relevant experience in Opentext xPression development and production support. Strong knowledge of xPression 4.3 or 4.7 or higher 3. Hands-on experience with xDesign, xAdmin, and xDashboard. 4. Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor. 5. Proficiency in managing Output stream, category management, and job management. 6. Expertise in XML and XQuery. 7. Strong knowledge of Java and/or at least one other programming language. 8. Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management. 9. Familiarity with Linux and Windows systems. 10. Ready to work in the rotational shift spanned across India and UK working hours. 11. Good understanding of Application Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change). Good understanding of problem analysis. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
