What Youll Do

• Conceptualize, design, and execute internal and external branding campaigns aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Lead reputation management initiatives including strategy for platforms like Glassdoor and other social listening tools to enhance brand image.
• Partner with HR and leadership teams to identify and pursue industry, corporate, and technology award opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with top-tier media outlets and journalists to boost brand visibility.
• Drive press outreach , including pitching stories, distributing releases, and managing media interactions during key announcements and events.
• Monitor media coverage, analyze impact, and provide actionable insights to refine communication strategies.
• Create compelling and consistent content for a global audience , ensuring alignment with brand voice and tone.
• Leverage a global perspective to tailor strategies across diverse cultural and market contexts.
• Share regular market and industry insights , and support employer branding initiatives.
• Develop and execute PR campaigns and media relations strategies that amplify our narrative.

What Were Looking For

• 46 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or PR.
• Proven expertise in campaign strategy, media relations, and reputation management .
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with a knack for impactful storytelling.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Keen networker adept at building relationships with influencers and industry thought leaders .
• Business acumen and the ability to represent PR at a senior level within the organization.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Global marketing experience and understanding of international communication dynamics is a plus.
