Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in Pega technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Pega Reporting Pega Platform Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience Pega Case Management PEGA Customer Service and PEGA Decision Hub. This role offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Pega applications to meet business requirements.Oversee the implementation of Pega solutions ensuring they are robust and scalable.Provide technical expertise in Pega Reporting to generate insightful business reports.Develop and maintain Pega Platform components to ensure optimal performance.Drive the development of Pega Application Development projects from inception to completion.Ensure seamless integration of Pega Data and Integration components with existing systems.Enhance user experience by implementing intuitive Pega User Experience designs.Manage Pega Case Management processes to streamline business operations.Implement PEGA Customer Service solutions to improve customer interactions.Utilize PEGA Decision Hub to provide data-driven decision-making capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Pega solutions.Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.Demonstrate expertise in Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience and Pega Case Management.Have experience with PEGA Customer Service and PEGA Decision Hub.Nice to have domain skills in Fraud and Dispute Management-Acquirer and Cards and Payments.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show strong communication and collaboration abilities.Have a proven track record of delivering successful Pega projects.Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shifts.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pega technologies and industry trends.Be proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Possess a customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering value.
