Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PowerShell Windows and MS SQL Server. This role involves managing and optimizing our infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the companys growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Windows-based infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of MS SQL Server databases.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions.Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.Lead efforts to optimize database performance and storage management.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.Provide training and support to junior team members on infrastructure best practices.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in managing Windows-based systems.Demonstrate proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.Exhibit expertise in MS SQL Server installation configuration and maintenance.Have a solid understanding of data security and compliance requirements.Show ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.Display excellent collaboration and communication skills.Be capable of conducting system audits and generating insightful reports.Have experience in disaster recovery planning and execution.Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.Show ability to train and mentor junior team members.Demonstrate strong documentation skills for processes and procedures.
