Sound Knowledge and Experience in Application Packaging SCCM -Application deployment life cycle Application virtualization (MSIX App-V ) Infra support and strong trouble shooting skills
Responsibilities
To develop test and maintain software packages for distribution to user desktops troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
To maintain effective local documentation including standard operating procedures best practices and methodologies for application packaging and OS deployment.
To develop and maintain skills in Microsoft Windows OS deployment and software packaging technologies including assessing how they may be deployed into existing services or developed into new ones.
Knowledge and minimum 6+ years experience in End user computing domain and technologies including Application packaging Application virtualization SCCM administration.
Extensive experience in Application repackaging MSI / MST using Admin Studio - install shield Orca and other packaging Tool.
Good knowledge on Microsoft windows Installer COM Data Merge Modules DLL Hell Conflict Solving ICE Resolution.
Knowledge on troubleshooting packaged apps using tools like Procmon Regmon Orca Picture Taker Install Rite etc.
Extensive experience in Application virtualization (MSIX / App-V 5.0) using Microsoft packaging tool and troubleshooting techniques.
Extensive experience in SCCM application deployment lifecycle management.
Knowledge SCCM - Application / Package advanced deployment properties like Dependencies Supersedence Task Sequence etc.
Good Knowledge in writing PowerShell scripts VBScripts Batch File Scripts Creating Custom Actions etc.
Good communication skills required for interacting with Customer etc.
