Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 10 to 12 years of experience in Desktop Management specifically with Dell Kace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing desktop environments and a good understanding of Airport Vendor Management. This hybrid role requires day shift work and does not involve travel.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the deployment configuration and maintenance of desktop environments using Dell Kace.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop-related issues to ensure smooth operations.Develop and implement desktop management policies and procedures to enhance system performance and security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop solutions with other IT systems.Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in desktop management.Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain the integrity and security of desktop environments.Train and mentor junior team members on desktop management best practices and tools.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in desktop management technologies.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and support of desktop hardware and software.Develop and maintain documentation for desktop management processes and procedures.Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects related to desktop management.Provide input and recommendations for continuous improvement of desktop management strategies.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Desktop Management with a focus on Dell Kace.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Show a good understanding of Airport Vendor Management and its impact on desktop management.Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential system issues.Display a commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Possess the ability to train and mentor junior team members effectively.Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing desktop environments.Exhibit a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in desktop management.Show experience in developing and implementing desktop management policies and procedures.Have the ability to coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hardware and software support.Demonstrate experience in conducting audits and assessments to ensure system integrity.Possess excellent documentation skills for maintaining desktop management processes and procedures.
