Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Planisware and a strong background in Finance & Accounting as well as Research and Development. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can analyze complex data and provide actionable insights to drive business success.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights for business decisions.Utilize Planisware to manage and optimize project portfolios.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial and research objectives.Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.Conduct thorough research to identify trends and opportunities in the market.Provide detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders on financial performance and project outcomes.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes for various projects.Implement best practices in financial management and project planning.Monitor and evaluate the performance of ongoing projects to ensure they meet financial and strategic goals.Support the development and implementation of new financial systems and tools.Train and mentor junior analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Finance & Accounting with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.Have extensive experience in using Planisware for project management and optimization.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining financial models.Exhibit strong communication skills both written and verbal.Display the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Have a proven track record of delivering detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders.Show a commitment to compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Demonstrate the ability to oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.Exhibit knowledge of best practices in financial management and project planning.
Certifications Required
Certified Planisware Professional CFA or CPA preferred.
