Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in VMware and Windows. The role involves managing and optimizing our hybrid infrastructure ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of our IT initiatives. This is a day shift position with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize VMware and Windows environments to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of infrastructure solutions in a hybrid work model.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for VMware and Windows-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in the infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
  • Lead efforts to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular system audits and generate reports on infrastructure health.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on VMware and Windows technologies.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.
  • Contribute to the overall IT strategy by aligning infrastructure initiatives with business goals.

  • Possess strong expertise in VMware and Windows environments.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing hybrid infrastructure solutions.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Exhibit knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Have experience in automating tasks and improving operational efficiency.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Hold a relevant certification such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
