Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps and Linux and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure and contributing to the overall success of our technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of infrastructure solutions to support business operationsProvide expertise in DevOps practices to streamline and automate processesManage Linux-based systems to ensure optimal performance and securityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable infrastructure solutionsMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtimeDevelop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurationsImplement best practices for system security and data protectionConduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvementSupport the development and deployment of new applications and servicesEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirementsProvide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholdersStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovationContribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and tools
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in DevOps practices and toolsHave extensive experience with Linux-based systems and their administrationDemonstrate proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or BashShow expertise in configuration management tools like Ansible or PuppetHave experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or KubernetesUnderstand networking concepts and protocolsExhibit strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsHave excellent communication and collaboration abilitiesBe detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectivelyPossess a proactive and self-motivated attitudeHave a commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentBe able to work effectively in a hybrid work modelHave a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in infrastructure technology.
