Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in BigQuery and Grafana. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our infrastructure to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of infrastructure solutions to ensure optimal performance.Provide expertise in BigQuery to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently.Utilize Grafana to create and maintain dashboards for monitoring system performance and metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand infrastructure requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Ensure the security and compliance of infrastructure systems by implementing best practices and regular audits.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.Optimize infrastructure costs by identifying and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising performance.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes configurations and best practices.Conduct regular performance reviews and capacity planning to ensure infrastructure scalability.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure solutions.Provide training and support to team members on infrastructure tools and best practices.Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage infrastructure-related contracts and services.
Qualifications
Possess a strong technical background in BigQuery and Grafana with hands-on experience.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Show a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies and best practices.Have experience in managing and optimizing infrastructure costs.Display a solid understanding of security and compliance requirements for infrastructure systems.
