Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Incident Management Zscaler Internet Access and Zscaler Private Access. This role involves ensuring the security of our digital infrastructure and protecting sensitive data from cyber threats. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze security alerts to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.Respond promptly to security incidents ensuring minimal impact on business operations.Implement and manage Zscaler Internet Access and Zscaler Private Access to secure network traffic.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures into system designs and deployments.Provide guidance and training to staff on security best practices and protocols.Investigate and resolve security breaches documenting findings and lessons learned.Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and trends to proactively protect the organization.Coordinate with external security vendors and partners to enhance security posture.Ensure the confidentiality integrity and availability of company data.Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and mitigation efforts for management review.Support the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Incident Management with proven experience.Demonstrate expertise in Zscaler Internet Access and Zscaler Private Access.Have a solid understanding of network security principles and practices.Show proficiency in conducting security assessments and audits.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.Hold relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or CEH.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.Show experience in developing and implementing security policies.Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Possess a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high security standards.Be capable of preparing comprehensive security reports and documentation.
