Senior Artifical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with LLM, RAG, and advanced AI model. The role required strong problem solving skills, strong analytic skills and effective communication to collaborate across team and deliver cutting edge AI solution.

Key Responsibility:

Design, develop and deploy AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG and Generative AI- technology.

Build and optimize agentic AI system for complex workflows and automation.

Implemented scalable and efficient Python based application for AI/ML pipelines.

Collaborate with the cross functional team to integrate AI models into production environment.

Conduct research and stay update on emerging AI trends, tools and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenge related to AI model performance and scalability.

Required skills:

5+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or related field.

Strong proficiency in Python and related library/framework (PyTorch, Tensor flow)

Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI and LLM-based architecture.

Expertise with RAG technique and knowledge of vector database.

Solid understanding of prompt engineering, fine tuning, and model evaluation.

Strong analytic and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
