Role Overview

You will be responsible for translating ideas into compelling visual storytelling across digital, social, film, and integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of design, conceptual thinking, and hands-on motion graphics capability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strong visual concepts for integrated campaigns

Create impactful designs for digital, social media, films, and brand campaigns

Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life

Deliver high-quality creative outputs across multiple formats and platforms

Lead visual storytelling through motion graphics, animation, and dynamic design

Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across projects

Present creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients

What Were Looking For

Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and visual craft

Motion graphics experience is a must (After Effects / animation / dynamic content)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment

Strong understanding of digital-first storytelling and social content

Experience Range

Art Director: entry level / 1-2 years

Senior Art Director: 2-4 years

Group Head Art: 5+ years with team leadership experience
