What You Will Do
Independently handle projects from concept to GFC
Take ownership of timelines and deliverables
Conduct client meetings confidently
Prepare detailed working drawings (not just layouts)
Coordinate with consultants, vendors and site teams
Manage juniors and draftsmen
Mandatory Requirements
B.Arch with minimum 35 years of relevant experience (architecture/interiors)
Strong technical drawing skills (AutoCAD is nonnegotiable)
Proficient in SketchUp modelling.
Practical site understanding
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
High accountability and response discipline
