Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with 15+ years of expertise in high-rise building design and Coordination , having worked extensively with real estate developers/builders . The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of residential high-rise construction, design coordination, and on-site execution, along with hands-on experience in managing multiple stakeholders including architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

The role requires deep understanding of building design, construction methodologies, quality standards, statutory requirements, and lifecycle management of high-rise residential projects, along with the ability to support post-sales and operational excellence.
