Senior Architect

We are seeking a skilled Architect / Senior Architect to lead architectural design and project development from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and sustainable designs. The role requires coordination with multiple disciplines and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from initial concept through final implementation.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and interior design disciplines.
• Utilize architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and digital tools for visualization, documentation, and project integration.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, providing technical guidance and design feedback.
• Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with consultants and contractors to resolve design or technical issues.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and completeness of architectural drawings and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office; familiarity with BIM is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of all project phases, including MEP and structural coordination.
• Understanding of green building regulations and authority approval processes.
• Experience liaising with UAE authorities (Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, etc.) and obtaining NOCs.
• Ability to ensure quality design delivery and provide site support when required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills.
