RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand and interpret client briefs; translate them into Vaastu-compliant, context-sensitive concepts.
Develop feasibility studies, design proposals, and site strategies across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Present design concepts to clients and obtain feedback at critical stages.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, drafting, MEP, project management) for accurate design translation.
Prepare timelines, review design progress, and ensure approvals at schematic and detailed stages.
Create construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints for execution.
Maintain compliance with all town planning, environmental, and regulatory codes.
Archive and audit all design files, correspondence, and versions with clarity.
Collaborate with the MD for key design decisions and project reviews.
Lead design review meetings; ensure documentation of decisions and task allocation.
Support BOQ development and material specifications in coordination with the execution team.
Conduct site visits to ensure execution matches design intent; document QC deviations.
Mentor junior architects and interns; lead in-house knowledge sessions.
Conduct post-completion design vs. execution analysis to refine processes.
