Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Architect with proven experience in design development and project execution. The ideal Candidate will lead multiple projects, manage client relations, and guide team to ensure excellence in every stage - from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and present innovative design solutions that integrate functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic value.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and designers, encouraging a collaborative and creative work culture.
• Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure accurate implementation of design details.
• Prepare and review presentations, working drawings, and client submissions with attention to quality and detail.
• Perform feasibility studies and ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and sustainable practices.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and materials to continually enhance design quality.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 710 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio of executed projects.
• Proven ability to lead projects & teams on large or complex developments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Professional registration with COA or equivalent preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, institutional, residential, or urban projects.
