Senior Architect

We are looking for a Senior Architect to join a reputed Architect firm in Delhi.

The senior architect will be responsible for various tasks such as architectural design, working drawings and project coordination. They will work closely with the partners and lead the

architectural design and execution of government projects ensuring that they are completed on time within budget and at the highest standards of quality. A curious mind eager to learn, grow, and innovate

Responsibilities:

Handling a project from start to finish and ensuring high quality, innovative and

functional design.

Produce conceptual drawings, working drawings and documents.

Coordination with clients, consultants and contractors.

Acting as a point of contact for all technical issues

Skills (Mandatory):

Professional in AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, Sketchup and Microsoft Office Suites.

Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in the English language.

Good interpersonal and networking skills.

Analytical skills and ability to interpret data, collate information, and prepare

reports.

Excellent planning and organizing skills.

Time & priority management

Leadership skills.

Understanding of design concepts, drawings, construction codes and

standards.

Ability to think rationally and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach.
