Senior Architect (B.Arch/ M.Arch only)

At Studio Emerge , were looking for a Senior Architect who can think conceptually, execute confidently, and take complete ownership of projects.

Mandatory Requirements:

45 years of professional experience

Strong in conceptualization & design development

Proficient in SketchUp & Rendering (AutoCAD/Revit preferred)

Strong in construction drawings & detailing

Experience handling projects end-to-end

Excellent project management & deadline ownership

Proven ability to manage clients and lead meetings

Experience in team leadership and periodic performance reviews

Hands-on site exposure and execution understanding

Ability to coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors

Location: On-site role Coimbatore

Portfolio: Strong portfolio is mandatory
